A. At the top of your Internet Explorer window,

1. Click "Tools | Internet Options"
2. On the "General" tab, click "Delete Files".
3. In the pop up box, check the box for "Delete offline content".
4. Click "OK" to delete the cache.
5. After it completes, click "OK" to close the Internet Options pages.
